Juanita Burch
Educational Consultant, Certified Teacher, and Lead Tutor
Juanita Burch is a certified teacher, educational consultant, and experienced tutor specializing in Chemistry, Mathematics, and SAT preparation. She has more than 10 years of experience in education and 12 years of private tutoring experience.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a Master of Arts in Teaching STEM from Stevenson University. Her professional background also includes six years as an analytical chemist in the pharmaceutical industry.
Known for her calm, encouraging approach, Juanita helps students feel comfortable asking questions while strengthening academic skills and confidence. She personalizes instruction around each student’s learning needs, interests, strengths, and areas for growth.
Daryl Burch
Executive Functioning Tutor
Daryl Burch helps students and professionals strengthen the skills they need to succeed in school, work, and daily life. With more than 20 years of experience leading IT service delivery for enterprise corporations, he understands how time management, problem-solving, organization, and planning affect performance in demanding environments.
He holds a Master of Business Administration and has completed executive education in Strategy Execution and Disruptive Strategy through Harvard Business School Online.
Daryl’s coaching style blends real-world leadership experience with a calm, structured approach. His work helps clients develop practical systems, greater confidence, and stronger independence.
